Fitou is a charming wine-growing village on the shores of Lake Leucate and located between Narbonne and Perpignan. We are only 45 minutes from the Spanish border
The villa was completed in September 2007 and sits on the heights of the village with stunning sea, lake and mountain views with the illuminated castle just opposite. This villa was created with the aim of being a modern, comfortable and stylish residence where family, friends and guests could enjoy a high quality 5 * stay at any time of the year. The result is a villa that can easily accommodate 8 people.
Our spacious villa is fully air conditioned and has free wifi as well as television. It has been built with a certain level of comfort, the furnishings and equipment are of high quality. It is our second home and we appreciate the comforts of home! The large open plan living / kitchen / diner provides the perfect setting for 8 people to enjoy the entertainment and dining inside.
A number of outdoor terraces have been carefully created to make the most of the sunshine but also to have great moments around a BBQ or an aperitive with a view of the sea. The bay windows offer a magnificent view from the terrace, ground floor whether sitting in the soft leather sofas or sitting at the large modern glass dining table. The patio in front of the living / dining room has a granite fire pit table and large, comfortable chairs to enjoy the view at any time of the day or night.
The kitchen has all modern comforts and is equipped to the highest standards to meet the demands of the most demanding cooks. A George Foreman electric double grill and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine are also available. The level of equipment and facilities are above the average for other rentals.
The villa is ideally located to fully benefit from the advantages of this relatively unknown part of the south of France. Whether you are looking for peace and quiet around the swimming pool, gastronomy, village, town, beach, windsurfing, kite or mountain or mountain biking activities, you will be fully satisfied with this lovely property above the wine-growing village of Fitou, located halfway between the beautiful towns of Perpignan and Narbonne. Being located on the heights of the village of Fitou, it offers a breathtaking view of the pond (saltwater lake), the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees.
In the evening, nothing is more pleasant than a glass of your favorite drink under the patio overlooking the illuminated private swimming pool and the illuminated 10th century castle. Each room has the advantage of being equipped with efficient air conditioning in summer and heat in the colder months.
