Philippe and I (Nathalie) are married and have 2 boys. We are Belgian and Villa Jasmin is our second home. My husband and I have been travelling in this wonderful department (Aude) since 2001. We fell in love with this village, its castle, its view of the Leucate ponds and the sea, its wine makers, its restaurants and the kindness of its inhabitants. After a search of several years, we have finally found the pearl. We go there because we are fans of water sports like windsurfing. Fitou is located between Narbonne and Perpignan, in the region of the Cathar castles, 1h30 from the Pyrenees for skiing in winter and 45 minutes from the Spanish border. To get there: take the A9 by car and take exit 40 Leucate. Take the national D6009 in the direction of Perpignan to the village of Fitou. When you make your reservation, we will give you the exact address. By plane (4 nearby airports: Perpignan (20min); Carcassonne (45min); Béziers (45min) and Girone (2h)).
