Description of our conditions, cancellation conditions and our weekly rates
Maximum number of occupants: 8 people
Arrival: from 4 p.m.
Departure: 10 a.m. at the latest
During your stay: We have a contact person on site who can answer all your questions during your stay. To enter the house, there is a code box with the house keys.
Payment: 25% deposit to be paid when the reservation is made and 75% + security deposit + cleaning fee 30 days before the start of the stay
Security deposit: 900 €
Cleaning fee at the end of the stay: 190 € compulsory
Minimum age required: 25 years old
Minimum stay: 7 days in high season
Housekeeping / Towels: All towels and linens are provided. Please use your own beach towels.
Authorized evenings: NO
Pets welcome: NO
Suitable for children: YES
Smoking allowed: NO
The swimming pool must be closed in the absence of an adult, so also at night and when you are on an excursion. It is a legal obligation.
COVID action: In case of confinement, we are committed to refunding your reservation or postponing your stay to a later date.
Terms of cancelation :
Cancelling at least 60 days prior to arrival will give you a 100% refund. Cancelation 30 to 60 days prior to arrival will cost you 50% of the rental. If the cancellation is made after the dates indicated, guests will not receive a refund
