There is a fully enclosed garden on all 4 sides of the property. 3 Terraces have been created in different places of the property in order to enjoy the sun at different times of the day. The private swimming pool is located at the front of the property and when illuminated at night it creates a fantastic atmosphere to relax with a nice little glass of Fitou.

The kitchen is very well equipped. Facilities include a large fridge-freezer, electric hob / oven, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (bring your pods), George Foreman double grill, electric mixer. There is a large selection of crockery, cutlery, pots, cookware and glasses.
The modern glass dining table is made for 8 people and is arranged to enjoy the superb views of the sea and the Castle.
The air conditioning installed throughout the villa provides additional comfort.
